After an observation of your postural and movement patterns, you'll learn techniques to relieve your pain and support yourself in staying pain free.

Reflection
What was your experience during today's techniques? How do you feel now? Where can these techniques fit into your day?
Moving Forward
We'll create a practice plan for your week and help you integrate the information from the session into your daily routine.

$99 for one 45 minute session
When you’re ready to change the postural habits that are causing your discomfort. Weekly sessions will teach you how to relieve painful flare-ups and support you in creating new habits that make those flare-ups things of the past.
$599 for eight weekly 45 minute sessions
When you already have a self-care practice, this series is great for fine-tuning your self-care routine to ensure you keep feeling good.
$299 for six 30-minute sessions or $379 for eight 30-minute sessions (scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs)
