Questions
A time to ask any questions you may have about your practice, or something in your life you think mindfulness can help you with.
Instruction and Coaching
You’ll learn techniques that will put yourself at ease. Topics include self-care, stress management, self-compassion, anger management, mindful parenting, and working with difficult emotions.
Guided Meditation
A 10-minute guided meditation just for you, based on the weekly teaching and your needs.
Reflection
What came up for you during the guided practice? How might you apply this practice during your day?
Moving Forward
We’ll create a practice plan for your week and help you integrate the information from the session into your daily routines.

$99 for a 45-minute Zoom session and follow-up support via email
This package of 8 coaching sessions is perfect for you if you are relatively new to mindfulness, and want one-on-one, personalized guidance and instruction.
$599 for eight weekly 45-minute coaching sessions
This is a great option for those who have finished the Mindful Beginnings coaching program, or for people with a new-ish mindfulness practice that could use greater support and accountability.
$299 for six 30-minute sessions or $379 for eight 30-minute sessions (scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs)
